Her formal training is in health care and the arts but business operations and leadership management is where she thrives.
Before joining the team, Samantha spent nine years at The Ottawa Hospital in the Health Records Department, Internal Medicine and the Family Health Team. She gained a breadth of valuable experience in operations management, vendor relationships, technical and functional expertise, analytics, and strategic, process improvement planning. Samantha also spent a number of years working for her hometown’s NHL team, the Ottawa Senators.
When the prospect to join Concept Medical’s family presented itself, Samantha did not think twice; enthusiastic for the unique opportunity to combine both her operations and service skills experience to a growing business that is in the forefront of patient wellbeing.
