Meagan Durelle
Meagan if our amazing Director of Operations and one of the friendly faces that welcomes you when you arrive at Concept Medical. Born in the greater Toronto area, she soon moved to Northern Ontario where she grew up. She returned to Southern Ontario to attend Algonquin College, earning a diploma in both Pre-Health Sciences and Dental Assisting. She gained over 10 years’ experience in the Dental field with a focus on General dentistry, Orthodontics and Prosthodontics prior to making the change to aesthetic medicine.
Meagan was also nominated for Best Dental Assistant by Ottawa FACES Awards. She also has a certification in Health Sciences and Dental Assisting Level ll. Meagan has also contributed to Concept Medical winning the Consumer Choice Awards 2021/2022 Best Dermatology Clinic in Ottawa.
Meagan is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, maintaining patient and staff relations, ensuring our mission of providing an exceptional patient experience is carried out.
Her pleasant disposition and attentiveness with her patients, earned her a nomination for favourite dental assistant from FACES Magazine. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, watching live music and spending time with her husband and daughter. Some of the noble causes she supports include Ottawa Humane Society, Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Blood Services, CHEO, Roger Neilson House.
