How to Exfoliate
Wet your face will lukewarm water. Scoop a generous amount of scrub onto your fingers and apply it to your face in small circular motions. Be careful and don’t press too hard. Do so for about 30 to 60 seconds and proceed to rinse your face then tap dry with a towel.
After exfoliating make sure you moisturize. Repeat this process up to three times a week, try not to exceed this amount, as exfoliating too often can be damaging to your skin.

Gingerbread Sugar Scrub
Ingredients
1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 pure cane or granulated sugar 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup of coconut oil 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1 tsp of vanilla extract 1/2 tsp allspice
Make It
1. Mix both sugars in a large bowl
2. Add both the coconut oil and 1 tsp of vanilla extra, stir until uniform mass is achieved
3. Mix all four spices in a cup and then add the mixture to the bowl
4. Stir until scrub appears to have a uniform colour
5. Spoon into mason jar and store in fridge for up to three months
